So, these two weeks we made a short from scratch in a group of three, and these are some layouts from the short, and some concept art.

Layout and animation

Had a week of layout so I figured I'd post some progress stuff.
Plus some quick spare time animations.

Dialogue Animation

Had two great weeks of Dialogue animation with Mike Polvani.

also did a quick try at animating Tigger. Fun character and I might clean it up and put some color on it.

Character design, sketches and animation.

Had a few weeks of character design, and I had to design the grim reaper. This is what I came up with, plus some test animations and in the end a few sketches from here and there.

1 hour drawing with subject

the subject was criminal, so I did this.
lots of things i wish to change and make better, plus the construction is really not that great.
had an hour max.

non dialogue acting

Had a week to do a non dialogue scene which I chose Roger from 101 dalmatians.
the assignment was that he was sitting in a bar/restaurant waiting for a blind date. I chose nervous as the mood.
